What can you expect in Sweden?
- Permanent position in public healthcare
- Salary: initially 29,700 SEK/month as radiology assistant (while learning Swedish B2–C1), then 30,000–55,000 SEK/month as licensed radiographer depending on experience (average 42–43,000 SEK/month)
- 3-shift work (day, evening, night) including weekends; occasional collaboration between nearby X-ray units
- Free Swedish language course from A1 to C1 (for you and family members)
- Financial relocation support: 30,000 SEK for singles, up to 45,000 SEK for families + 5,000 SEK travel costs

Where
We are cooperating with our partner on radiographer / X-ray assistant positions in Sweden.
Work in modern, well-equipped X-ray departments with a wide range of modalities: CT, MRI, ultrasound, skeletal & thoracic X-ray, fluoroscopy, and interventions. Both acute and elective examinations are performed, with rotation across several modalities. Teams are multidisciplinary, with radiographers, radiologists, nurses, and physicists, and a strong focus on collaboration.
Catchment areas range from 27,000 to 280,000 inhabitants depending on the hospital, and departments have 40–100+ employees. Newly renovated facilities, the latest technology, and supportive international colleagues make it an attractive and dynamic workplace.
You
- Have a degree in Radiography that confirms to the EU directive
- Team-oriented, flexible, and responsible
- Motivated to relocate and integrate long-term in Sweden
- Willing to learn Swedish up to C1 level (intensive course before and during employment)
