We provide intensive language training, thorough preparation, and practical support to ensure you are ready for your new beginning. Throughout the process, we stay in close contact with both you and your future employer, making your transition smooth and well-prepared.

With Medicolink by your side, you can take the leap knowing you are supported, trusted, and fully prepared for your future in Scandinavia.

Career discussion and initial talks

We begin with a personal conversation to understand your background, goals, and family situation. You will work with a dedicated recruiter to craft a Scandinavian-standard CV and motivational letter that highlight your experience and ambitions. This sets you up to find the right position for you and your family in Scandinavia.

Personal visit to Denmark

You and your spouse are invited on a fully financed 4-day visit to Denmark, guided by our account manager. You will meet future colleagues, explore the hospital and town, and connect with locals to see if life there feels right for you. With all details arranged, you can make a confident, well-informed decision about your future.

Online interview preparation

When you’re invited to an online interview, we guide you through every step. You will get practical tips to present yourself with confidence while we prepare a professional portfolio for the hospital and discuss your expectations. This ensures you feel informed, supported, and ready for the next step in Scandinavia.

Job offer and authorisation

Once you’re offered a position, we handle everything from contracts to your Danish medical license. Our integration team takes care of all paperwork and local authorities, while we also plan your relocation and community integration if requested. This marks the start of your new life and career in Denmark, with our support at every step.

Intensive 5-month course

You will join our 5-month program (plus 3-4 weeks of medical Danish) to build a strong language foundation. Through small group lessons and five weekly online classes, you will learn with experienced teachers using real-life cases, media, and exercises. You will also receive pronunciation, fluency training, and individual support when needed.

Personal language coach

Get one-on-one guidance from your dedicated language coach, who will help you create a clear learning plan and provide the best tools and resources for your progress. This personalised support ensures you stay on track and make consistent improvements.

Experienced teaching team featuring native Danish teachers

You will learn from experts who have successfully guided over 200 healthcare professionals into life and work in Denmark. Our native Danish teachers will help you master authentic pronunciation, natural expressions, and cultural nuances – skills that are essential for everyday life, patient communication, and workplace success.

Webinars on key topics

You will take part in interactive webinars covering essential subjects like Danish culture, the healthcare system, relocation challenges, and practical steps for moving to Denmark. These sessions give you insider knowledge and real-world tips to make your transition smooth and successful.

Support

From the moment you join, we stay connected with regular online talks to check in on your wellbeing and answer any questions. Whether you feel excited, uncertain, or overwhelmed, you will always have someone to talk to. Even after you’ve moved to Denmark, we continue with follow-ups to make sure you’re settling in and getting the help you need.

Relocation

We guide you step by step to make your move smooth and stress-free. Our team manages the paperwork, books your appointments with Danish authorities, and provides all the practical information you need. To help you adapt, we also offer cultural workshops that prepare you for everyday life and work in Denmark.

Travel and housing

You don’t need to worry about planning trips or finding housing – we arrange it all for you. From booking your interview and language-course visits to searching for a home that matches your needs, we handle the details. If you’re moving with family, we also coordinate viewings and visits to schools or kindergartens.

Authorisation

To work in Denmark, you need professional authorisation, and we take care of the whole process. All you need to do is scan and send your documents – we handle the application and communication with the authorities. If any issues arise, we solve them on your behalf, making this essential step simple and secure.

Services depend on the employer’s selection. Your recruiter can provide details for each position.
