How do you go from dentist to clinic owner?

The myPraxis model is an earn-out structure. The clinic’s own profits repay the acquisition cost – while you run it, grow it, and gradually take full ownership.

Medicolink finances the majority of the purchase of a carefully selected, operational clinic.

You step in as dentist and incoming owner with a competitive salary and legal, business, and management support from day one.

PHASE 2 · GROWTH

Profits repay

the loan.

A share of the clinic’s profits goes toward repaying the acquisition financing.

The better the clinic performs, the faster the path to full ownership. Your partners guide you throughout.

Once the cooperation period ends – typically around five years – the clinic is fully yours.

After our cooperation ends, you keep all profits, you run the clinic, grow it, or sell it. Your decision entirely.
