Medicolink’s medical consultant and Medicolink’s recruiters perform the medical screening of the candidates. The responsible leader is Medicolink’s Recruitment Team Lead.
The aim of the medical screening
- To assess the quality and validity of the presentation material.
- To get an overall impression of the candidate’s medical qualifications documented through education, research, clinical experience.
- To assess the candidate’s medical skills up against the applicant’s job description.
Workflow and procedures
In Medicolink we have developed a workflow and procedures for our Medical screenings. They follow Best practice and are systematically applied.
