Access to Applicant’s personal data is only available to those colleagues of Medicolink Consultancy Tanácsadó Kft. (hereinafter: „Medicolink”) who participate in the recruitment process or contribute to the hiring process in an advisory or decision-making function.

Kube&Co exists under Medicolink as a brand name and a department so Medicolink has all the responsibility in case of employment as a legal entity.

Aim of data controlling

The aim of data controlling is to evaluate the application to the position advertised by Medicolink, to establish employment, to verify the legality of the evaluation if necessary, and – in case you consent to the further management of your application and your data – your notification concerning future employment offers, that match your qualifications and professional experience as seen by Medicolink.

Scope of controlled data

Medicolink controls the following data of the applicants: first name, last name, email address, phone number, profile picture, data assembled in the CV and other materials sent by you, and application material gathered during the selection process, including documents created during your interview, and documents created to assess your aptitude. Data controlled for the preparation of your employment contract: place and date of birth, mother’s maiden name, permanent address, health insurance number, tax number, name of institution of your highest qualification, year of graduation, and number of certificates.

Legal basis for data controlling

The legal basis for data controlling until the end of the selection process and the following 24 (twenty-four) months is covered by your consent, which is given by sending your application material and accepting the privacy policy.

In case of cooperation, personal data controlling for establishing the employment contract is necessary for the fulfillment of Medicolink’s legal obligations.

Deadline for data storing

Your application and the data included, or personal data connected to it is controlled by Medicolink until the end of the selection process and the following 24 (twenty-four) months, or in case you are selected, for the duration of your employment or other legal relationships. In case you are not selected, the Data Controller stores and controls your data until the end of the selection process (signing a contract with the selected applicant) and for the following 24 (twenty-four) months.

You can revoke your consent anytime, in which case the Data Controller ceases the data controlling and erases your application material and any other data. In case the selection process is still in progress, the revocation of your consent will be considered as the revocation of your application.

Rights of the Data Subject

As per your request, we inform you about the controlling of your personal data and the circumstances of data controlling.

As per your request, we grant you access to your controlled personal data, information concerning the controlled data, and a copy of the controlled data. In case your data is controlled in an automated way, you are entitled to receive the data provided by you in a widely used, machine-readable format.

As per your request, we will correct or complete your incorrect data.

As per your request, we erase your personal data, which we do not have legal obligations or another legal basis for storing.

As per your request or in case of applicable legal acts, we limit the controlling of your personal data.

Due to personal reasons, you may protest against the controlling of your personal data anytime.

Right for the involvement of authorities

You may launch an investigation by issuing a statement to the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority in case you were legally violated or are at risk of legal violation concerning your personal data controlling.

We would be glad if you were to turn to us with your complaints first, so we can investigate and remedy them as soon as possible.

In case your rights were violated, or your protest was rejected, you may turn to the Court against the Data Controller (Medicolink). The Court proceeds out of case order, the lawsuit belongs to the jurisdiction of the Court. The lawsuit may be launched in the judicial area of the Medicolink headquarters, your permanent address, or your place of residence, by your choice.
